About Pat Samples
Pat Samples has spent the past 17 years supporting positive personal transformation for older adults, family caregivers, and others wanting to generate more vibrancy, creativity, and peace of mind in their lives. She has given more than 500 presentations to audiences across North America, including many at state and national conferences. She also frequently conducts classes, retreats, teleseminars, and one-on-one sessions. In addition to her eight books, she has published more than 600 articles and has been the editor of several wellness publications.
